Join Jordan and Betsy for an in-depth look at the front side of the body. Using activated deep stretch, myofascial techniques, strengthening poses, and restorative heart openers, we will release tight muscles and restore balance throughout the body.

* Learn myofascial techniques using the ball rollers.
* Explore deep activated stretch utilizing straps and supportive props.
* Practice yoga poses focused on opening up and strengthening the body.
* Rest with supportive heart openers and restorative breath techniques.
