Katie is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who studied under Jennifer Hensley at Lotus Yoga Dallas. She started practicing yoga at the insistence of her sports’ medicine doctor in 2014, when she was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in her back. She found yoga not only eased her aches and pains by encouraging correct spinal alignment, but she has increased her flexibility, strength, and balance, which supports her passion for ballet dance.

Katie teaches in the best interest of her students by gently guiding the practice and giving inspiration for the mind-body connection. She focuses on positivity and treating all with dignity and respect.
