Beginner’s: New to the whole yoga thing? Come as you are to this back to basics class focusing on breathing, postures and alignment. We’ll explore techniques for meditation and relaxation including how to truly let go in your final pose. Experience the benefits no matter your age or level of fitness.

Yoga Basics: Think of this class as a whole body tune up. We start with myofascial (soft tissue therapy) ball work and focus on specific themes (forward bends, backbends, twists, slow vinyasa flow). Modifications allow students to choose a beginner to more advanced practice according to their needs. There is a focus on alignment, emphasizing the use of props and longer holds to fully experience the depth of each pose. Suitable for all levels, students enjoy a personalized and nurturing experience.

Core: Increase your range of motion, get better balance, and learn to protect your body in daily activities. This class will awaken your core muscles, strengthen your joints and help you stabilize your spine. Great for runners, bikers, and couch potatoes.

Flow: Energize your week and stimulate your mind. This dynamic class promotes a strong body and increased flexibility. With modifications and adjustments throughout, you start with breath work and stretching, increase in intensity and finish with deep relaxation.

Deep Stretch: Start your weekend out right! Let the work week go finding stress relief and relaxation using props and deep stretching.

Restorative: Deeply relax and restore your energy system, fully supported by bolsters, noodles, balls, blankets and other props.
