Mary Lee Kilgore created InTOUCH YOGA as a practice specializing in healthy aging using therapeutic yoga for midlife and older adults. After a long career as a corporate executive and business owner, Mary Lee stepped onto the yoga mat just 7 years ago and was profoundly and gratefully changed.
She completed her 200-hour and 500-hour training and soon began a quest to share this wonderful transformation with older adults who have shied away from yoga as too hard or too unintelligible for them. Mary Lee brings modifications to asanas that allow the students to regain lost movement, balance, flexibility and healing while exploring new mind/body connections and accepting the blessings of their bodies just as they are that day. She helps students celebrate the victories, both small and large, that add depth to their lives.
Mary Lee also teaches classes in Yoga for Arthritis, MS, and Stress Management, and practices as a yoga therapist.
