This two-hour vinyasa workshop will focus primarily on postures that are beneficial for hip, hamstring, and shoulder openings.

The practice will culminate with Padmasana, the famed “Lotus Pose.” You may be surprised what you can do by the end of this workshop!

Whether you are struggling just to sit upright with your legs crossed, or even if you want more practice with legs in lotus or behind your head, this workshop is for you!

Each posture will be accessible with modifications and props, regardless of your skill level or flexibility. All levels welcome.
