Have you had issues with leaking, core strength, or back pain after having a baby or carrying around a small child? Our 2-hour session will be focused on exercises and techniques to help address the physical issues moms experience, even if it’s been years since you’ve had a baby or small child around.
We’ll explore:
-how your body works as a unit and how breathing and standing/sitting properly can have full body impact.
-several exercises that you can do at home, including a healing and strengthening yoga flow.
