Alicia first embraced yoga 15 years ago when she noticed the peaceful feeling she had inside the studio followed her off the mat. She feels yoga can benefit anyone, regardless of age or lifestyle. Her own practice has changed throughout the years, from the Bikram style of hot yoga, to using a gentler Yin practice as a supplement to triathlon training. She now enjoys the movements and breath of Vinyasa. She is excited to share this practice in hopes that it brings her students better health and wellness.
