Syndey Watson

After a life changing experience left her with anxiety and insomnia, a friend gave Sydney the gift of yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2010. Her practice deepened, her insomnia went away and her anxiety became manageable.

Teaching yoga has been an unimaginable journey for Sydney and it is her privilege to share this journey with her students. She encourages students to explore the body/mind connection to release what may be limiting their personal growth.
