In yoga, Jayme found an outlet that allowed her to marry all of the facets of herself while letting go of antiquated and made up ideas. It’s a practice in being present, which when exercised enough on the mat, begins to manifest off of the mat.

She began her yoga practice in 2003, diligently studying anatomy, bio-mechanics, and ancient and contemporary wisdom and became a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor in 2014.

In Jayme’s classes, you can expect a challenge. Using isometric strengthening, active stretching, and dynamic movements, you’ll find a greater awareness of your mind and body and ways to heal aches and pains- mental, emotional, and physical. We will converse, laugh, and maybe even expel an obscenity together.
