Lisa, a lover of all things local and seasonal, spent two years volunteering at the Green City Market in Chicago and now is a volunteer for the White Rock Local Market in East Dallas, where you can find her on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month picking out great produce, getting to know local farmers, and enjoying the best the season has to offer. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and completed their program in 2009. To further her holistic knowledge and interest in Chinese medicine, she studied with Paul Pitchford, expert in food as medicine and author of “Healing With Whole Foods Asian Traditions Modern Nutrition”. She has worked as a private chef in Chicago preparing healing meals for clients with special dietary needs and maintains a special diet for her own health.

She empowers clients to balance body, mind, and spirit so they can fulfill their life potential. You can find out more about Lisa on her website: http://24carrothealth.com
